I just read, in a certain document (not classified), that Fort Irwin's electricity bill is $1.7 M PER MONTH! I don't even think that includes residential usage. How can any bill be $1,700,000 PER MONTH!?
I understand that there is big power-sucking equipment here, and that this is California, but this just boggles the mind. That's right: my mind is Officially Boggled. I don't even know what else to say.
